What Is Health Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and dynamic process involving deep listening and skilled questioning to assist clients in making self-directed, lasting changes which promote health and well-being. The coaching relationship assumes the client is the expert of their own life and has the capacity to discover what is right for their particular circumstances. My knowledge in the areas of dietary therapies, current nutrition research, traditional healing systems and applied positive psychology inform and enrich the conversation, but ultimately my role is to guide, not advise.

We work together to clarify appropriate wellness goals and the actions necessary to achieve them
I offer information, recommendations, and resources tailored to your particular health goals and interests

What I Don’t Do:
Diagnose disease, interpret test results, treat addiction or disorders (Referrals available)
Assign generic meal plans or fitness protocols
Count calories or calculate nutrients
Practice conventional sports nutrition or promote any one particular diet or lifestyle
